• The user may only use our service within the limits established for the plans that you contract and that appear in the corresponding sections of our web page. For any other use or volume of calls, you should contact our sales department.
    • The user will not be able to use our service using language that offends the moral, the decorum or the good customs affecting interests of third parties, as well as intimidating communications or threats.
    • General VoIP reserves the right to suspend the service to the user who fails to comply with the conditions described above, without prior notice and with no obligation to refund.
    • The Internet telephony service should not be used for calls to 911 or similar emergency numbers. For these types of calls you must use conventional telephony.
      INTERRUPTION OF ELECTRICAL SERVICE OR SHUT OFF:
    • If there is an electrical interruption due to blackouts or suspensions of the electric service supply, the service will not operate until the power supply is restored. After a power failure or an outage, you may need to restart the device or equipment before using the service.
      INTERRUPTION OF INTERNET SERVICE:
    • If there is an interruption or suspension of your Internet service, this will prevent the service from working. If your ISP or broadband provider or other third parties intentionally or accidentally block the ports that the service requires for your operation, provided that you alert us to this situation, we will work together to resolve the situation during the period that the Ports or your service interrupted and unless the blocking or impediment is removed your service will not work.
    • You tacitly acknowledge that General VoIP is not responsible for the suspension of electric service, blackouts or blocking of ports by your electricity company or your ISP or broadband provider or for any other impediment in the use of your service, and Of any type of loss that may result.       OTHER SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS:

The user must contract a higher or prepaid plan to continue using the service.
      RESIDENTIAL PLANS
    • All our residential plans allow a maximum of 1,200 minutes distributed throughout the contracted month and counted from the 1st. Day of each month. Our system verifies the daily consumption. If the system detects that the user reached that amount before the month, his service will be suspended without prior notice. The user must contract a business plan or prepaid to continue using the service.
      BUSINESS PLANS
    • Our business plans allow us to use a maximum of 2,000 minutes distributed throughout the contracted month and counted from the 1st. Day of each month. Our system verifies the daily consumption. If the system detects that the user reached that amount before the month, his service will be suspended without prior notice. The user must contract a prepaid plan to continue using the service. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND HAVE UNDERSTOOD IT, AND THAT BY USING OUR SITE, SOFTWARE AND SERVICES YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
